الاستبدال والأسترجاع

الشروط والأحكام

شروط عامه :

·      صلاحية الفاتوره 3 أشهر من تاريخ الشراء

·    الأسعار غير شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة

·      لا يحق المطالبه بإستخدام الخدمة بعد مرور ثلاثة أشهر (او حسب العرض)

·      يمكن إستبدال الخدمة بناء على الرصيد المتاح للعميل

·      يمكن تحويل قيمة الخدمات إلى الأقارب والأصدقاء

·      لا يمكن استخدام قسائم أو بطاقات الخصومات مع العروض وإنما مع السعر الأصلي

· لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال كريمات التجميل أو المراهم العلاجية

سياسة الإسترجاع :

·      يجب على العميل تقديم طلب إسترداد المبلغ وتعبئة نموذج إلغاء الخدمة مع إيصال الدفع الأصلي

·      عملية الدفع في حساب العميل تكون نقدي أو تحويل بنكي خلال 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ الطلب

·      يتم إسترجاع المبلغ للعميل بعد خصم نسبة 10% رسوم الإسترجاع .

·      عند عدم إستخدام الخدمات :في حال سداد قيمة الخدمات إرجاع المبلغ كامل في حساب العميل بعد حسم 10%رسوم الإسترجاع.

·      عند عدم إستخدام الباقات :يتم خصم قيمة الجلسات المستخدمة بسعر الخدمة الأساسي قبل العرض .

Terms & Conditions

General Terms:

·     Invoice validity is 3 months from the date of purchase

· Price didn't include VAT

·     You are not entitled to claim the use of the service after three months (or according to the offer)

·     The service can be exchanged based on the customer's available balance

·     Services can be transferred to relatives and friends

·     Vouchers or discount cards cannot be used with offers but with the original price

· Cosmetic creams or therapeutic ointments cannot be returned or replaced

Refund Policy:

·     The customer must submit a refund request and fill out the service cancellation form along with the original payment receipt

·     The payment process in the customer's account is cash or bank transfer within 7 working days from the date of the request

·     The amount will be refunded to the customer after deducting the 10% return fee.

·     When not using the services: In case of payment of the value of the services, the full amount will be returned to the customer's account after deducting the 10% return fee.

·     When not using the packages: the value of the sessions used is deducted at the basic service price before the offer.
